I found this blog which has been set up to help a little boy named Hudson. He needs a KidWalker which will greatly improve his quality of life. The blog itself has challenges and giveaways. You can even buy some tutorials - the proceeds will help his parents raise money to buy the KidWalker. If you don't want the tutorials, but want to help, there is a place to donate some money.
