Lion Monument - Lucerne

Created by Lorna Images ©1990-2012 Stampin' Up!®

One of my favourite scrapbooking sites, Home and Scrapped just had a build-a-page challenge, where 1 different person would provide a different step each day for 7 days. I took part and made this page using the retiring (sniff, sniff) Beau Chateau Designer Series Paper. I've also used Marina Mist, Soft Suede and Pretty In Pink Cardstock, Marina Mist Stampin' Write Marker, Pretty In Pink 5/8" Satin Ribbon, Subtles Designer Buttons and an Antique Brad. The letters were cut using the Simple Letters Alphabet Bigz Die.

Scented embossing powder

I've used cherry scented embossing powder on the cherries in this card, which I made for my husband's birthday in June. The cherries still smell like cherries a month after they were embossed.

My visit to Belgium

Created by Lorna Images ©1990-2012 Stampin' Up!®
Ben and I visited Belgium about 4 years ago and I only just put this page together in the last couple of weeks. I've used Basic Black, Daffodil Delight and Real Red cardstock, the Fun Flowers Die, Timeless Type Junior Alphabet and a Basic Black marker. The photos were die cut using the Top Note die. There's also a little yellow Circle Fire brad in the centre.
